Successful Master Black Belts (MBB) are your future business leaders. They are trained to constantly solve your toughest problems. They are able to share their experiences effectively with others and generate infectious excitement around your Six Sigma programs. MBBs also facilitate project selections and project reviews. They coach, teach and lead Black Belts and Green Belts to successful project completion, constantly delivering bottom-line savings and top-line growth for your company.
MBB training focuses on three key areas that will be used almost daily: Leadership, Technical Skills and Training Capabilities. Upon completion of their deployment program, SBTI-trained MBBs are ready to assume leadership roles within their company in many important areas.
SBTI offers the following five-day elective sessions designed to expand both Black Belt and MBB areas of knowledge:
Five (5) weeks over five (5) months
The American Council on Education’s College Credit Recommendation Service has evaluated and recommended 12 graduate seminar hours for SBTI’s MBB courses.
Experienced Black Belts with proven project success, who are expected to teach and/or lead deployment activities.
