Lean Sigma Executive Workshop

A solid executive-led drive is the key to a successful deployment. This workshop introduces the concepts and philosophy of both Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Executives will learn the mechanisms necessary to link Lean Sigma to their corporate strategy and its potential to bring results quickly and effectively. They will learn how to accelerate process improvement projects using kaizens, known as K-Sigma®. Executives will focus on “best practice” deployments, timing, and return on investment (ROI). They will begin to lay the groundwork for success through development of a corporate deployment plan.
