Lean Sigma Champion Workshop

Description:

Champions are trained for their roles and responsibilities in deploying Lean Sigma within their company and supporting Black Belt and Green Belt projects. Champions will also understand their role in change management and communications. Training emphasizes project selection and prioritization, improving project definition and chartering, coordinating project valuation with finance and management. Champions have a critical part in the process of reviewing and tracking projects. They are positioned to identify problems early on and to provide the necessary support in terms of removing barriers and driving success. This workshop also gives participants a more detailed understanding of the roadmaps and tools used during Belt projects.
