Description:

Champions provide the backbone to a successful and sustained deployment. Without a strong Champion removing barriers and driving success, Black and Green Belts lose effectiveness and project durations expand to unacceptable levels. This workshop gives participants the understanding of how to be a successful Champion and the Lean tools to make it happen. The Champion’s role in sustaining the gains is extremely important and is strengthened with the metrics and infrastructure introduced.
